While working on projectors, some problems come up that are one-offs and oddballs. In order to track these issues, for future reference, this page has been created to post pictures and explanations for troubleshooting.


Horizontal Lines on Projection (not Computer/Laptop). 

Check HDMI cables - external cables as well as wall plugs. Check connections of cables in the projector. If nothing is partially unplugged or damaged. Turn the projector off, and unplug the power cord. While unplugged, hold down the power button for 10 seconds. Plug in the power and turn it on normally. It will reset the projector and should remove the lines.

If this does not work, refer to the manual for replacing the bulb or contact Customer Service.
