The K12Docs GX is used at CCA for batch scanning, to quickly index and file multiple documents at one time. With GX, the pages that are scanned in a batch (or file) can be separated, then indexed and filed to the appropriate folders within K12Docs.

Note: Each user is assigned permissions. If done correctly they will see their school's name on the Add window. If they do not see a school name, have them reach out to Central Office to check their permissions. Central Office should match their user permissions with a Secretary who uses K12 Docs without issue.

Beyond Installation (Tech) or permissions (Central Office), please have Secretaries contact Customer Support at 800.756.0035 ext. 2 or support@su-inc.com if they continue to have issues with K12 Docs.

THE TECH DEPARTMENT DOES NOT MAKE CHANGES TO PERMISSIONS
