When you open the app for the first time, it may prompt you to enable permissions.

It should take you to the Privacy and Security window, but I have attached a screenshot if you need to get there manually. 

If you have any issues with this step, or it keeps prompting for you to enable permissions and you've already done so, please put in a Tech ticket!

Select open with "Advanced Connection" when it prompts you. You will then see a window that will have a list of projectors-- find your room's projector, highlight it, and click "Connect". 

Do make sure you connect as Moderator (there is a checkbox on the main window for this)

Note: You cannot connect to a projector with the status of "Busy". This means someone is already using the projector. If it says "Standby", it's waiting for a connection. Your projector HAS to be powered on for it to say "Standby". 

Once you're connected, you should see a toolbar appear on your computer screen. If the projector does not automatically show your screen, select the "LAN" button on your projector remote. This will force it to change inputs.

When you want to disconnect, click the "Leave" button on the toolbar.
