FileWave Kiosk - Installing pre-approved iPad Apps on your own!  (or your Students)

These steps will walk you through installing pre-approved CCA iPad Apps from our internal application management system.

  1. On the iPad, find the FileWave App Portal logo and tap it once. Please keep in mind, you may need to scroll through multiple screens to find the app.

  1. The FileWave App Portal will open, in it you will want to find the App you are looking for. In this example we're using Duolingo.

  1. Once you have the correct App selected, click on Install. Please note, the visuals may vary slightly between Apps.

If an App is approved, but is not found in the Filewave App Kiosk after a Tech explains it is available in the kiosk, please reach out to your Tech

or create a Tech Ticket. Even if it is a duplicate ticket, the Tech can resolve your issue and close the duplicate ticket at that time (smile)  THANK YOU!
