Unable to load file

This error can sometimes be caused by the Google Read and Write Extension or Google Chrome requiring an update. 

Solution 1: Update Google Chrome Browser

Save any open work in the browser. 

Copy the following into your Chrome address bar and hit enter. chrome://settings/help

Use this page to check for and apply any Chrome updates and relaunch the browser.

Solution 2: Disable Google Read and Write

If you do not need the Google Read and Write Extension this solution may be for you. 

Copy the following into your Chrome address bar and hit enter. chrome://extensions/

Find the tile marked "Read&Write for Google Chrome" Use the slider to disable the extension. Reload the affected document or file.
