If you plug your Macbook into your projector and you notice that there is no sound, or the sound is instead coming from your computer speakers, this means you need to change the output source for the sound. Many are seeing this after receiving their new computers, because the source has never before been detected. Please note that you will have to change your output every time you plug in or unplug from your projector. To do this, follow the instructions below:

First, navigate and open System Preferences (typically can find it in the Dock, it's a Gear icon)

Second, double click on "Sound". Once in the "Sound" window, you will notice at the top there's a tab labelled "Output." Click that, and select the EPSON Projector Audio output. 

After doing these steps, you should hear the sound come through your projector speakers. If you have any further troubles, please put in a Tech Ticket to let us know.
