Accounts for Student Teachers

Limited Accounts for Student Teachers

Student Teachers are issued the following accounts when they are onboarded:

  • Google Workspace (CCA Email Account)
  • Computer Login (for teacher and lab computers)
  • Limited Door Access at their building only
  • Schoology (Where required)

PowerSchool and Student Teachers

Student Teachers are NOT issued a powerschool account at this time.


Devices for Student Teachers

BYOD for Student Teachers

Student Teachers are not CCA Employees and for this reason we very rarely provide devices for student teachers. When an exception is made student teachers are issued a Chromebook for their use.

Almost all student teachers have a personal device which they prefer to use and which can be added to the CCA-BYOD network.

BYOD Network Access for Student Teachers

Almost all Student Teacher devices are compatible with our BYOD network. After your student teacher has a google account with CCA they will be able to add their device(s). Please follow the instructions here: https://www.ccaschools.org/Page/5700
