What is Schoology?

Schoology is an LMS or Learning Management System. In many respects you can think of Schoology as Facebook for classrooms. Schoology provides for communication between students, teacher and parents at the school, group and course level. Like many learning management systems Schoology provides a course based interface where teacher can post learning resources, and students can take tests or submit assignments. Schoology currently integrates with Powerschool for grades and course info, Google Drive for teacher and student resources and many other third party services.
