Quick reference for when to troubleshoot or create a tech ticket

  • Projector not turning on: Check for the stand-by blue light. If it is off, the Projector is not getting power. If it powers on, but does not show an image check connections or put in a Tech Ticket.

  • Projector not staying on: If the projector is/was working fine and then turns off all of a sudden, please submit a Tech Ticket as it could be overheating due to filter issues or a power issue.

  • Projector not connecting with your device(s): Check from the wall outward, starting with the Network cables. Double check connections are seated properly, check for cracked or bent connections with the HDMI and USB cables. If problems persist, please submit a Tech Ticket.

  • Alignment: Please submit a Tech Ticket.

  • Size of image: Try adjusting the image on your device. Otherwise, please submit a Tech Ticket.

  • Pens not working: Check batteries, swap out with others and try again. If you can see a pointer on the bottom of the screen, but not on on the computer image, please unplug and replug in the USB cable. If all other troubleshooting fails, please submit a Tech Ticket.

  • Blurry image/lettering: Please submit a Tech Ticket.

  • HDMI/USB Extenders are not lighting up: Please submit a Tech Ticket
